Great Website for Tracking What You Eat!


 
Wanna lose weight?  Are you computer savvy?  If yes to both, this may be a great tool for you!  :)
 
I read an article in the NYTimes about this website.  It's so cool!  And free! 
 
You can easily type in what you ate all day and it calculates all the fat, sugar, protein, etc...and tracks everything day to day.  You can set goals of calories (it helps you determine what yours should be) and weight loss goals, etc.  Very cool.  Amazing to see the breakdown of the actual food you are eating.  You can also add any physical activity (which reduces your daily calorie intake).
 
I didn't know almonds had so much FAT!!!!  I ate so much fiber today (turkey chili) ~ I certainly didn't need to take those fiber supplements! 
 
There is a $45 yearly subscription or a $30 6-month subscription you can buy that gives you additional information (ie, vitamin and mineral breakdown).  That would be really good for those of us who take supplements.  Would be interesting to see the breakdown...
