Dr. Mercola, in my personal opinion, can sometimes be a bit wacky. He has very extreme holistic views. I don't usually forward his stuff on for that reason. But I find this video intriguing...yea, when he says there is anti-freeze in the flu shot, that makes me say "ah come on" but hey, ya never know! The other ingredients he lists are true. But his view on the link btn the flu in winter and lack of vitamin D perked my ears. I believe there is a connection there... If you have the time or interest, watch his video on the flu shot and why it is ineffective, especially for kids, why you should focus more on prevention and his tips on prevention. XOXO
